1 cup yopro or chobani vanilla protein yogurt

1 cup of diced fruit (I have used mango or strawberries or raspberries)

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 packet paddle pop sticks or mini wooden spoons

Optional ( 2 tbsp choc chips)

INSTRUCTIONS:

You can store in an airtight container in the freezer. 

​

INGREDIENTS 

YOGURT ICEBLOCKS

  1. In a large bowl combine your yogurt with your diced fruit and coconut (and choc chips if using them)

  2. Line a large tray with baking paper

  3. Spoon your mixture in even circles on your tray with space between (around 2 tbsp of mixture)

  4. Insert your paddle pop sticks/spoons into the centre and make sure the tip of the spoon is covered top and bottom

  5. Sprinkle extra coconut on top

  6. Place in the freezer over night

NOTES:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Wait time: Overnight
