1 cup yopro or chobani vanilla protein yogurt
1 cup of diced fruit (I have used mango or strawberries or raspberries)
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 packet paddle pop sticks or mini wooden spoons
Optional ( 2 tbsp choc chips)
INSTRUCTIONS:

You can store in an airtight container in the freezer.

INGREDIENTS
YOGURT ICEBLOCKS

In a large bowl combine your yogurt with your diced fruit and coconut (and choc chips if using them)

Line a large tray with baking paper

Spoon your mixture in even circles on your tray with space between (around 2 tbsp of mixture)

Insert your paddle pop sticks/spoons into the centre and make sure the tip of the spoon is covered top and bottom

Sprinkle extra coconut on top

Place in the freezer over night
