2 slices Sourdough
1 tbsp Garlic olive oil
1 cup cherry
1 cup Cottage cheese
2 tbsp chilli honey
Salt and pepper
2 cups Lettuce and spinach
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Layer your sourdough with the above ingredients

Start with your cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes, chilli honey and olive oil

Add your toast into your airfryer

Cook on 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
NOTES:
*I love using sourdough or bakers delight high tin sourdough
*I use the Capilino brand chilli honey
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste. Try not to do too many toppings especially tomato as it will make it soggy! That’s why I served mine with a side salad to make sure I get my servings of veg in.
