1 500 gram packet diced chicken
1 packet mingles butter chicken seasoning
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup frozen peas
2 frozen spinach cubes (or 3 cups fresh spinach)
Yogurt sauce
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 grated cucumber
1 tbsp fresh diced mint
*1 packet fresh wholemeal wraps or naan bread
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, coat your chicken in your yogurt and seasoning

Pan fry chicken in a pot with garlic olive oil for 3-4 minutes

Add in your tomato paste and stir

Add in your peas and spinach and turn the heat to low and let cook until the spinach breaks down

Meanwhile combine your yogurt ingredients and set aside

Once your chicken mixture is ready, heat up one wrap and fill with the chicken mix as well as the yogurt sauce and devour
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
NOTES:
Wraps of choice = wholemeal wraps from coles bakery section or fresh naan bread
If you don't want yours in a wrap every time I also love serving mine with rice, extra greens and the wrap/nann on the side :)
