1 500 gram packet diced chicken

1 packet mingles butter chicken seasoning

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup frozen peas

2 frozen spinach cubes (or 3 cups fresh spinach)

Yogurt sauce

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp garlic paste

1/2 grated cucumber

1 tbsp fresh diced mint

*1 packet  fresh wholemeal wraps or naan bread

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. In a large bowl, coat your chicken in your yogurt and seasoning

  2. Pan fry chicken in a pot with garlic olive oil for 3-4 minutes

  3. Add in your tomato paste and stir

  4. Add in your peas and spinach and turn the heat to low and let cook until the spinach breaks down

  5. Meanwhile combine your yogurt ingredients and set aside

  6. Once your chicken mixture is ready, heat up one wrap and fill with the chicken mix as well as the yogurt sauce and devour 

Prep time: 10 minutes
 
Cook time: 20 minutes

NOTES:

Wraps of choice = wholemeal wraps from coles  bakery section or fresh naan bread 
If you don't want yours in a wrap every time I also love serving mine with rice, extra greens and the wrap/nann on the side :)
