3 cups wholemeal self raising flour (400grams) 

1 1/2 cups natural protein yogurt (380grams) 

Salt and pepper 

100 grams ham off the bone

3 slices Bega 50% less fat 40% more protein cheese or 1 cup

*2 tbsp chilli honey 

INSTRUCTIONS:

You can store in an airtight container in the freezer. 

I love using Capilino chilli honey :)

INGREDIENTS 

​

  1. In a bowl combine your flour and SnP

  2. Fold through your yogurt and turn into a dough

  3. Knead on a floured surface and flatten into a large square

  4. Cut into 9 small rolls

  5. Finely dice your ham and cheese

  6. Make a small indent in the centre of each roll and fill with 1 tbsp of the ham and cheese (or as much as you want)

  7. Cover the filling and roll each one back into a ball

  8. Spray the tops of the rolls with oil and sprinkle leftover ham and cheese on top

  9. Spray your air fryer and place in rolls

  10. Drizzle with the chilli honey

  11. Air fryer for 10 minutes on 180 degrees or until crispy 

NOTES:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes
