3 weet-bix 

*2 tbsp milk 

1 tsp/drizzle honey 

1 lemon 

3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 

3/4 cup protein vanilla yogurt 

INSTRUCTIONS:

You can store overnight or leave for 30 minutes to set... OR eat it straight away if you can't wait haha

*Milk = I use almond milk but any milk would work 

Liquid: 

You may need to add more if it’s still to dry but you don’t want it too soggy so be patient.

(And if you leave these overnight definitely don’t add more liquid)

INGREDIENTS 

  1. In a container or bowl, crush your weetbix and slowly add in milk and combine.

  2. Don’t use too much milk as you would rather it be a bit on the dryer side as the blueberries and yogurt softens it up too.

  3. Flatten you weetbix and then add 1/2 of your blueberries on top.

  4. Flatten these into your weetbix

  5. Grate the rind of your lemon and set aside.

  6. Cut your lemon in half and squeeze half of the juice over your weetbix.

  7. Drizzle over your honey and squish in 1/2 of your blueberries.

  8. Add your yogurt.

  9. Add the remaining blueberries on top along with an extra squeeze of lemon and your lemon rind.

NOTES:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Wait time: 30 minutes OR overnight
