2 slices Sourdough

1 tsp chilli paste

1 tbsp mustard pickles

100grams ham off the bone

*2 slices cheese

1 cup or handful greens (kale or spinach)

Butter for the outsides

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Layer your sourdough with chilli paste and mustard pickles on opposite slices of bread

  2. Add your ham, cheese and greens.

  3. Place your toastie together and butter both outside pieces.

  4. Press in your sandwich press until cooked to your liking.

Prep time: 5 minutes
 
Cook time: 5 minutes

*I love using sourdough or bakers delight high tin sourdough 

*Cheese of choice = (BEGA 40% lower fat 50% higher protein )

Can easily alter ingredients to suit own taste
