INSTRUCTIONS:

SCRAMBLED OATS

In a small bowl whisk together your egg.

Add in your banana and mash

Add in your oats and protein powder and combine.

Heat a pan on medium heat and add in your mix.

Using a spatula, continue to stir and break up your mixture to turn into it a scramble/crumble consistency.
Once cooked, top with your desired toppings.
