2 large piece of sourdough
1/4 cup light ricotta
1-2 slices cheese

1/2 tomato 

1 cup cooked pumpkin 

1/2 cooked chicken breast 

1/2 cup spinach

1 tbsp peri peri mayo

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Toast your sourdough

  2. Layer your sanga with the above ingredients and serve

Cook time: 5 minutes
