1 large piece of sourdough
3/4 cup light ricotta
1 lemon
Optional add ons:
Chilli honey
Tomatoes
Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS
LEMON RICOTTA TOAST

In a small bowl combine your ricotta with the rind from 3/4 of your lemon (reserve some rind to sprinkle on top)

Cut your lemon in half and squeeze half of your lemon and combine.

Toast your sourdough and spread your ricotta mix on top.

Top with the remaining Lemon rind and an extra squeeze of lemon.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
NOTES:
I also served mine with eggs (for extra protein), as well as some tomatoes and a drizzle of chilli honey.
