Cook the Hash Browns: Place the hash browns in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.

Assemble the Toppings:

Top each hash brown with 1-2 tablespoons of cottage cheese (or your preferred amount).

Add 1-2 tablespoons of smashed avocado (or adjust to your liking).

Scatter halved cherry tomatoes on top.

Drizzle with @capilanohoney chili honey.

Finish with a sprinkle of @mingleseasoning spicy bagel seasoning.
