1 sachet raspberry lite low sugar jelly
2 small tubs vanilla protein yogurt (or 300grams all up)

PROTEIN YOGURT JELLY

Prepare jelly as per instructions.

Before letting it set scoop in your yogurt into the mixture and let it combine.

I split mine into 3 containers and let it set overnight.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 50 MINS
NOTES:
Each container contained 10 grams of protein so a fun little protein snack to add in to your day :)
