1 sachet raspberry lite low sugar jelly
2 small tubs vanilla protein yogurt (or 300grams all up)

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

PROTEIN YOGURT JELLY

  1. Prepare jelly as per instructions.

  2. Before letting it set scoop in your yogurt into the mixture and let it combine.

  3. I split mine into 3 containers and let it set overnight.

Prep time: 20 minutes
 
Cook time: 50 MINS

Each container contained 10 grams of protein so a fun little protein snack to add in to your day :)
