1 wrap of choice 

1 1/2 cooked chicken snit (I used a packed of ALDIs herb and Parmesan crusted chicken) 

1 cup Cos lettuce 

1/2 Tomato 

1/4 cup Light cheese 

Sauce (serves 1):

2 tbsp natural @yopro yogurt 

1 tbsp @mingles sweet chilli sauce  

1 tbsp light mayo 

1/4 juice lemon 

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Cook your chicken. I cooked mine in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 200 degrees. 

  2. I flipped half way. 

  3. Combine your sauce ingredients in a small bowl. 

  4. Dice your chicken and tomato. 

  5. I like to heat my wrap you for 30 seconds so it’s nice and warm. 

  6. Layer your wrap with your sauce, lettuce, chicken, tomato and cheese. 

Prep time: 5 minutes
 
Cook time: 15 minutes

Lunches sorted for a few days. 

I will make the sauce fresh every day as takes 1 minute to whip up. OR you can make a big batch.
