1 x Mr Chengs ramen kit ( i got mine from Aldi)
1 x 450g block of tofu
2-3 cups chopped greens ( i used a mix of kale and spinach)
1 cup frozen veggies
1 1/2 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS
20 MIN TOFU RAMEN

Dice up your tofu and greens and organise all of your ingredients

In a large pot fry up your tofu with 2 tbsp of the packet broth

Add in your water, the remaining broth and let it come to the boil before adding in all of your other ingredients

Let it cook for 5-10 minutes or until the noodles are ready.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 mins
NOTES:
I semi cheated today as used a ramen packet instead of making it from scratch hehe but was sooooo easy.
In the kit it had a packet of broth, noodles and corn.It also told me to add an egg on top but I didn’t want to.
Perfect to meal prep for 3 meals.
