1 boiled bagel
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup spinach
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1-2 tbsp chilli honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS

Heat up a medium size pan over high heat

Crack both eggs in and turn the heat to low

Whilst your eggs are cooking, toast your bagel
-
Layer your toast with avo, cottage cheese, spinach, tomatoes and top with your eggs

Drizzle over your honey and SnP
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
NOTES:
*I love using Jesse's' brand of boiled bagels
*I use the Capilino brand chilli honey
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste
EGGS: If you don't like the white gooey bit of the egg you can place a lid over your pan so it cooks the white without drying out the yolk.
