2 cups rolled oats
1 cup soy puffs
*2 (1/2 cup) scoops chocolate WPI protein powder
1/4 cup cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
*1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water (optional)

*WPI = whey protein isolate which is an easy digesting form of protein and is low in fat and lactose
Protein of choice = trueprotein
Peanut butter of choice = Mayvers mixed seed peanut butter
Soy puffs = Buy from Coles

Pre heat oven to 180degrees

In a large bowl combine your oats, protein powder, cacao powder and salt and set aside

In a small bowl whisk your oil, honey and peanut butter until combined

Pour wet mixture into the dry and combine. Add in water if it’s still a little dry

Fold through your soy puffs

Line a large baking tray with baking paper and spread out your mixture

I baked for 10 minutes then stirred it all around and baked for another 10 minutes

The longer you let it cool the crunchier it gets
