1 cup protein vanilla yogurt 

1 scoop vanilla WPI protein powder

2 tbsp Milo (low sugar) + extra to dust 

1 cup Milo protein cereal 

6 paddle pop sticks or wooden spoons 

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. In a bowl combine your yogurt, protein and Milo. Mix well. 

  2. Add in your Milo cereal and mix. 

  3. Line a large baking tray one that will fit in freezer) with baking paper. 

  4. Using an ice cream scoop or squeeze scoop, evenly scoop out 6 dollops. 

  5. Flatten them slightly with a spatula. 

  6. Push your paddle pop sticks into the yogurt circles and make sure they are covered front and back. 

  7. Dust with extra milo. 

  8. Place in freezer until set (I left mine over night but 60minuted should do) 

  9. Once they are set store them in an air tight container in the freezer. 

Prep time: 10 minutes
 
Freeze time: 60 minutes - overnight

I used TRUE PROTEIN for my protein powder.

I like to freeze mine overnight so they are set and I store them in an air tight container in the freezer
