2 slices sourdough or bread of choice
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup light cream cheese
2 tbsp chilli honey
Spinach or greens of choice
SnP + lemon juice to serve
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS

Heat up a medium size pan over high heat

Crack both eggs in and turn the heat to low
-
Sprinkle your cheese over your eggs and drizzle your honey over the top

Whilst your eggs are cooking, toast your toast
-
Layer your toast with cream cheese, spinach and top with your eggs

Top with SnP and lemon juice
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
NOTES:
*I love using sourdough or bakers delight high tin sourdough
*I use the Capilino brand chilli honey
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste
EGGS: If you don't like the white gooey bit of the egg you can place a lid over your pan so it cooks the white without drying out the yolk.
