Perfect for lunch meal prep
NOTES:
I served mine in a pita, but you could also use wraps, sandwiches, or enjoy it on its own! :)
Serves 1 (Feel free to double or triple the recipe for larger batches; you can add the lettuce fresh to keep it crunchy.)
1. Cook the chicken in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 12 minutes. At the 6-minute mark, add the sourdough and ham.
2. In the meantime, prepare the dressing by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
3. Once the chicken, bread and ham are cooked, transfer them to a cutting board along with the lettuce, tomato, and cabbage. Finely chop everything and mix using a knife.
4. Add the chopped mixture to the dressing bowl along with the Parmesan cheese.
5. I cooked my pita in the air fryer for 5 minutes and then filled it with the mixture (there was some left over, which I ate alongside the pita lol).
