3 Weet-bix

1/4 cup milk of your choice

1 tsp honey (or a good drizzle)

1 x 150g tub of protein yogurt

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 cup raspberries (or you can use strawberries but they are harder to squish into a jam)

In a medium container, crush the Weet-bix.

Add the milk and mix well. Resist the urge to add more milk, as the Weet-bix will absorb liquid overnight.

Flatten the Weet-bix and drizzle honey on top.

Add 1/4 of the raspberries, pressing them into the mixture to create a jam layer.

In the yogurt tub, mix in the peanut butter and the remaining raspberries until the raspberries break down and the yogurt takes on a pink hue.

Spread the yogurt mixture over the Weet-bix, adding extra raspberries on top if desired.

Cover and refrigerate overnight to set.
