  • 3 Weet-bix

  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 tsp honey (or a good drizzle)

  • 1 x 150g tub of protein yogurt

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup raspberries (or you can use strawberries but they are harder to squish into a jam)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep time: 10 minutes
 
Cook time: OVERNIGHT

  1. In a medium container, crush the Weet-bix.

  2. Add the milk and mix well. Resist the urge to add more milk, as the Weet-bix will absorb liquid overnight.

  3. Flatten the Weet-bix and drizzle honey on top.

  4. Add 1/4 of the raspberries, pressing them into the mixture to create a jam layer.

  5. In the yogurt tub, mix in the peanut butter and the remaining raspberries until the raspberries break down and the yogurt takes on a pink hue.

  6. Spread the yogurt mixture over the Weet-bix, adding extra raspberries on top if desired.

  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight to set.

NOTES:

Feel free to use almond butter or strawberries to mix it up
