1 wholemeal pita 

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes 

1/4 avocado 

2 tbsp chili jam 

Egg mixture: 

2 eggs

2 tbsp cottage cheese

2 tbsp shredded cheese 

1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes 

1/2 cup diced mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. In a bowl combine your whisked eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, mushrooms, tomato and salt and pepper

  2. Heat a pan over high heat and add you egg mixture

  3. Continue stirring until it is just cooked and the remove from the heat and set aside to continue cooking

  4. Heat up your pita (I either use the microwave, toaster or a hot pan)

  5. Add your greens, egg mixture, avo, tomatoes, SnP and chilli jam to your pita and whollah :

Cook time: 5 minutes

I use the Nandos Chilli jam 

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste.
