2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops vanilla WPI protein
1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
Jam:
2 cups mixed berries
Icing:
1 block dark chocolate or chocolate of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl combine the oats and protein powder

Add in your honey, PB and water and combine

Line a square tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it

Melt the berries in the microwave or over the stove top

Once your berries are soft, use a potato masher or fork to mash into a jam/smooth consistency

Spread your jam mix over your oats

Melt your chocolate in a microwave on bursts of 30 seconds. Once melted spread across the top

Place in freezer for 60 mins or until set

Slice up and store of freezer
Prep time: 20 minutes
Freezer time: 60 minutes

I use trueprotein protein powder and Mayvers PB :)
